Brandon Thompson – President

Brandon, AKA BT, Boss Man, Big Country, Jet Ski Joe, Papa and a slew of other cool nickname names, is a marketing conceptualist and expert in the industry. Brandon joined forces with his mom and founder of HTM, Helen Thompson in 1999 to help build one of the states premiere agencies.  Today, Brandon leads the agency that is well known for its reputation, integrity and success. Our president has solid credentials from Texas Tech University with a BA in Advertising. During Brandon’s down time you can be sure to find him hanging out with his wife Lisa and two kids Cody & Allie.

Stacey Schneider  – Vice President of Media

Stacey is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism. She started her media career in Dallas as a Media Buyer for SpotPlus, where she worked for 3 years on National accounts such as Pepsi, Pizza Hut and Suiza International. Stacey moved to San Antonio and began working for Helen Thompson Media in 2002. She is an expert media planner and buyer with firm but fair negotiating skills. Her dedication to clients and attention to detail make her the best in the business in our opinion. Stacey has extensive experience in media planning and buying at the local, regional, and national levels. Stacey likes to balance her career with traveling, cooking and spending time with friends.

Jonathon Beaullieu – Director of Business Development

Jonathan brings over 10 years of experience in the marketing and advertising industry. After graduating from the University of Texas at San Antonio, he began his career as an Account Executive for Sinclair Broadcast Group (KABB TV, CW TV) here in San Antonio. In the 4 years he worked there, Jonathan built a great understanding of broadcast TV advertising and what it takes to drive success.  Over the past six years, Jonathan has utilized his incredible network of the who’s who’s in San Antonio, along with his ability to generate results for clients to help grow HTM substantially.

Sharon Candelaria  – Business Manager

Sharon graduated from the University of Texas San Antonio with a bachelors degree in Communication. With over 20 years of customer service, operations management, and team building experience, her goal is to ensure superior service with a commitment of excellence for her clients.† As a volunteer, she has helped fundraised, organized events, and helped support kids and the young at heart within our community. Sharon is a client/relationship focused professional with a drive to succeed. Her positive energy, motivational spirit, attention to detail, and listening skills empower her to achieve goals which embody the Helen Thompson Media philosophy. On her free time Sharon enjoys spending time with her family and friends, hiking, biking, running, reading, and listening to live music.

Dan Earle – Account Executive

Dan is a San Antonio native, who believes tacos are the most important meal of the day. After graduating from the University of Houston (WHOSE HOUSE!), he sold season tickets for the Spurs, and no he can’t get you free tickets, we tried.  Following his time there, he moved into the education space where he became the Director of Marketing for Career Point College and President of their in-house agency San Antonio Multi-Media.  When he’s not in the office, you can find him on the golf course, or in front of a grill, enjoying a few cold ones with friends and family.

Helen Thompson – Founder

Founder of Helen Thompson Media. Helens experience dates back to 1965 where she was 2nd female account executive in San Antonio at KKYX Radio. Helen then went on board at Santikos Movie Theaters as the Promotions & Marketing Director. In 1972 Helen joined The Pitluk Group and moved up the ranks throughout her 18 year tenure. Helen left as Vice President, Director of Media Service in 1989. At the Pitluk Group she supervised an 11 person staff and managed over $50 million dollars annually. In 1989 she opened Helen Thompson Media. Helen has extensive experience in media planning, buying and negotiating across all media outlets.  She has been responsible for implementing media buys in excess of $100 million dollars over the past five years. Helen is well respected in the media community across Texas and negotiates hard for the best rates and added value; in turn giving clients the best ROI in the industry.
